I checked out a few body shops in the area before deciding on Crash Lab, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Matthew at the front was super helpful. He answered all my questions in detail and made sure I understood exactly what my car needed--without trying to sell me on things I didn't.
Gilbert, the manager, was also amazing. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I could tell right away that this shop is all about honesty and quality work. Unlike other places that overquote or push unnecessary repairs, Crash Lab was upfront, fair, and really took care of me.
The work they did on my car was flawless, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for a trustworthy body shop that won't rip you off, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! Five stars all the way!
