Terms of Service

Last updated April 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of crashlab.com and any services provided by Crash Lab ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in a way that damages, disables, or impairs the site or interferes with any other party's use. Content on the site (text, photos, logos) is owned by Crash Lab or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the content, but you may not copy it for commercial use without written permission.

Estimate Requests & Communication

When you submit a form on this site or contact us by phone, you consent to Crash Lab contacting you back about your inquiry. Estimates provided through the website or by phone are preliminary. A final written estimate requires an in-person inspection of your vehicle.

Repairs & Service Agreement

Any work performed on your vehicle is governed by a separate written service agreement signed at the time of drop-off. Those agreements control all specifics of the repair, pricing, parts, timeline, and warranty. These website Terms are not a service agreement.

Lifetime Warranty

Our true lifetime warranty covers parts and labor on any repair we perform, for as long as you own the vehicle. Full warranty details, including what's covered and what's excluded, are on our warranty page.

California Right to Choose

Under California Insurance Code §758.5, you have the right to choose any licensed repair shop for your vehicle, regardless of your insurance company's preferences. Read more on our Right to Choose page.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond what's required by law. Information on the site is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, insurance, or professional advice. For advice on your specific situation, consult an appropriate professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crash Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our liability for any claim arising from the website is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to access the website (typically zero).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version here. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
