Our technicians hold I-CAR Gold Class certification, the highest training standard in the collision repair industry, held by fewer than 10% of shops nationwide. Roughly three years after we refinished a rear quarter panel, the customer noticed a dull spot near the seam, visible only in direct afternoon sun. We inspected it, confirmed the clearcoat had failed below factory spec, and repainted the panel with blend into the adjacent doors for a perfect color match. Structural & Frame Repairs
Every frame straightening, rail replacement, and structural component we repair is warranted for life. If it shifts, cracks, or fails, we fix it, free.
Body Panel Work
Fenders, doors, quarter panels, hoods, any panel we repaired or replaced is covered. If our work develops defects, we make it right.
Paint & Refinish
Our factory-quality paint matching is warranted against peeling, flaking, fading, or color mismatch. If the finish fails, we refinish it at no cost.
Parts We Installed
Every OEM and approved part we install is covered. If a part we sourced and installed fails, we replace it, parts and labor included.
Mechanical Components
If we repaired or replaced it as part of your collision repair, suspension, steering, electrical, it's covered under the same lifetime warranty.
Glass & Windshield
Windshields and glass we installed are covered against defects in installation. Includes proper seal, fit, and ADAS recalibration.
Transparency
What's Not Covered
We believe in being upfront. These are standard industry exclusions: things that aren't caused by defects in our work.
Subsequent accidents or collisions
If the area we repaired is damaged again in a new incident, that's a new repair, not a warranty claim.
Aftermarket modifications
If you modify components we repaired (aftermarket bumpers, body kits, suspension changes), the warranty on those components is voided.
Normal wear and tear
Gradual fading from UV exposure, minor stone chips, road debris damage, and general aging of materials over time.
Rust or corrosion from environmental exposure
Corrosion caused by salt, chemicals, coastal air, or prolonged exposure to the elements is not a defect in our repair.
Damage from misuse or neglect
Improper washing techniques (automatic car washes with abrasive brushes), chemical damage, or neglect of the repaired area.
Questions
Warranty FAQ
What does 'lifetime' actually mean?
It means for as long as you own the vehicle. There is no time limit, no mileage cap, and no expiration date. If we did the work and it fails, we fix it, whether that's 6 months from now or 15 years.
Does it cover parts and labor?
Yes, both. If a part we installed fails or work we performed develops a defect, we cover the replacement part and all labor to make it right. You pay nothing.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my car?
The warranty covers repairs for the original customer who authorized the work. It does not transfer to subsequent owners of the vehicle.
What would void the warranty?
The warranty is voided if the repaired area is involved in a subsequent accident, if aftermarket modifications are made to components we repaired, or if the vehicle sustains damage from misuse, neglect, or abuse that affects the repaired area.
Are there any exclusions?
Yes, normal wear and tear, rust or corrosion caused by environmental exposure, damage from subsequent accidents or collisions, and cosmetic deterioration from road debris, stone chips, or improper washing. These are standard industry exclusions that apply to the natural aging of a vehicle, not to defects in our work.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Call us at (949) 859-7990 or bring your vehicle in. We'll inspect the area in question. If the issue is related to our original repair, we schedule the correction immediately, no paperwork, no waiting, no arguments.
Do other shops offer this?
Some offer limited warranties, 1 year, 3 years, labor only. A true lifetime warranty covering both parts and labor with no time limit is rare. Fewer than 10% of shops hold I-CAR Gold Class certification, and even fewer back their work this completely.
