We Handle the Claim. All of It.
From the first call to the final invoice. We file the claim, meet the adjuster, negotiate supplements when initial estimates miss damage, and bill your insurance directly. You pay your deductible. Nothing else.
What we file for you
If your vehicle is drivable, we file your claim while you're getting the estimate. If it isn't, we coordinate the tow to our shop and start the claim from there. Either way, you're on a single phone call with us, not three with your insurer.
We meet your assigned adjuster on site. The adjuster writes their estimate; we write ours. Almost always there's a gap — they miss damage, undercount labor hours, or default to aftermarket parts. The supplement is how we close that gap.
Supplements: the part most shops skip
A supplement is an additional estimate filed after the adjuster's first pass, usually after teardown reveals damage that wasn't visible from the outside. Insurance shops on a Direct Repair Program contract often don't file supplements aggressively because it slows their cycle time. We file every supplement that the repair actually needs, and we negotiate them line by line. That's the difference between a complete repair and a cheap one.
Carriers we work with
Every major California carrier — State Farm, Geico, Allstate, Farmers, USAA, AAA, Mercury, Progressive, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, and the rest. If your carrier sends an adjuster to a shop, they send one to us.
Direct billing — what you actually pay
Your deductible. That's it. We bill the carrier directly for the rest. No reimbursement paperwork, no interim charges, no chasing payment.
Frequently Asked
What if my insurance recommends a different shop?
California Insurance Code §758.5 gives you the absolute right to choose any licensed repair shop. Insurer-preferred shops often agree to use aftermarket parts and meet cycle-time targets to stay on the network. We answer to you.
What if my adjuster's estimate is too low?
We file a supplement with the carrier, including documentation, photos, and labor justification. Most insurers approve the supplement on first or second pass. If they don't, we keep negotiating.
Do I have to be present when the adjuster comes?
No. Once your claim is filed and we have authorization, we meet the adjuster on your behalf. You stay at work or with the kids. We send you the estimate when it's complete.
Will my premium go up if I use you?
Premium changes are between you and your carrier and depend on your policy and fault determination — not on which shop does the work. Choosing a non-preferred shop does not, on its own, raise your premium.
