Do you work with the Laguna Woods Village gate system?
Yes. We coordinate with the main gate on your behalf, arrive at your scheduled window, and drive directly to your residence. You don't need to call the gate or make any arrangements yourself.
What if I can't drive to a rental car pickup location?
You don't have to. If your policy covers a rental, Enterprise or your insurer's partner delivers the rental to your door the same morning we pick up your car. We handle the coordination.
Who handles the communication with my insurance company?
We do, start to finish. We file the initial claim if needed, communicate with the adjuster, negotiate any supplements for additional damage found during repair, and bill insurance directly. You're notified of progress but never involved in paperwork.
What if I have questions during the repair?
Call (949) 859-7990 any business hour. Gilbert or one of our estimators will walk you through where your car is in the process, in plain language, no jargon. We also send status updates by email or text, whichever you prefer.
Can my family member handle the pickup if I prefer?
Absolutely. Many Village residents have an adult child or neighbor coordinate on their behalf. Authorize them when you call us, and we'll work directly with whoever you designate.
