How do I get a free estimate?
Call (949) 859-7990 or fill out the form on our Contact page. We'll schedule a drop-off at our Lake Forest shop or a complimentary pickup anywhere in South Orange County. When you arrive, ask for Gilbert. Our General Manager walks you through the estimate personally. Most estimates are written within the hour and returned the same day.
Do you handle my insurance claim from start to finish?
Yes. We file the claim, meet your adjuster, negotiate supplements when the initial estimate misses damage, and bill your insurance directly. You pay your deductible. That's the only paperwork you touch.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Complimentary pickup and delivery throughout South Orange County, Lake Forest, Irvine, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Foothill Ranch, and surrounding communities. For cities beyond 4 miles, we come to you at no additional cost.
What if my insurance recommends a different shop?
California law gives you the absolute right to choose any licensed repair shop. Insurance-preferred shops often agree to use aftermarket parts and cut corners to meet cost targets. At Crash Lab, we answer to you, not your insurance company.
What does your lifetime warranty cover?
Every repair we perform, parts and labor, for as long as you own the vehicle. No time limit, no mileage cap, no fine print. If anything we repaired ever fails, we fix it free of charge.
How long will my repair take?
Most repairs take 5 to 10 business days depending on the extent of damage and parts availability. We give you a realistic timeline at estimate and keep you updated throughout the repair.
