How far is Crash Lab from Corona Del Mar?
About 11 miles. The 73 toll road to El Toro Road is the cleanest route, roughly 22 minutes. From the CdM Village it runs closer to 24 minutes. Our concierge pickup eliminates the drive.
Do you service the Cameo Shores and Cameo Highlands communities?
Yes, both. Gate-to-door pickup with guest coordination through your community's protocol. Your vehicle is transported to our Lake Forest shop and returned the same way.
Do you handle multi-stage pearlescent or metallic paint repairs?
Yes. Luxury and specialty finishes common in CdM (pearlescent whites, factory metallic blues and greens, tri-coat systems) are repainted using factory-documented procedures and computer-assisted color matching. Blending into adjacent panels is standard to prevent visible transition lines.
What if my vehicle is kept in a shared garage or community parking?
We coordinate with building management or community associations when needed. Pickup and return happen at whatever access point works for your building, front entrance, garage, or a curbside location if that's easier.
Do you use OEM parts on CdM luxury vehicles?
OEM is the default on every luxury repair. This preserves manufacturer warranty coverage, maintains ADAS sensor accuracy, and protects the vehicle's resale value. We never substitute without explicit approval.
Can you handle damage that happened at Fashion Island or along PCH?
