Do you service inside the Nellie Gail Ranch gates?
Yes, regularly. We coordinate the gate entry with you directly, arrive at your scheduled window, and meet you at your door. No calls to the guard gate on your end.
Do you use OEM parts on luxury vehicles?
OEM is our default on luxury repairs. Manufacturer parts preserve warranty coverage, ADAS calibration tolerances, and resale value. We'll discuss any non-OEM options with you directly, and we never substitute without your approval.
Can you pick up a horse-trailer-capable SUV or truck?
Yes. We transport everything from standard SUVs to heavy-duty trucks and specialty vehicles. If your situation requires a specific trailer hitch, ladder rack, or equestrian equipment accommodation, tell us when scheduling and we adjust.
Is my vehicle ever left unattended during pickup?
No. Your keys go from your hand to our driver, the vehicle goes on our transport, and it's tracked until it reaches our shop. Many luxury customers appreciate the continuity, especially for exotic or collector vehicles.
What do you do for vehicles with ADAS sensors or advanced safety systems?
Full post-repair recalibration, on-site at our Lake Forest facility. Lane-keep, adaptive cruise, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, all recalibrated to manufacturer specification before the car leaves the lot.
