How far down Trabuco Canyon Road will you drive for pickup?
All the way. We regularly pick up from Rose Canyon, Holy Jim Canyon, the properties past Trabuco Oaks, and anywhere residents can give us a valid address. If your property is off a private or unpaved road, tell us when scheduling so we can plan the right transport.
Do you handle damage from wildlife collisions?
Frequently. Deer strikes, coyote hits, large-bird impacts on the windshield, and rodent damage that chewed through harnesses are all common canyon claims. We document the damage, file the comprehensive claim, and complete the repair with OEM parts where possible.
Can you pick up a truck or SUV with aftermarket accessories?
Yes. Lift kits, roof racks, winches, aftermarket bumpers, tow packages. Tell us what we're working with when you schedule, and we'll send the right transport. We're careful with aftermarket equipment and document everything before pickup.
What if my canyon property has a gate or security system?

How do you handle comprehensive versus collision claims for canyon damage?
